It is indeed an interesting problem.
I see it as one with no answer.
Human beings, being what they are, will bumble on until the whole system breaks down under the strain.
End of story.
My solutions would be seen by many as draconian and fascist. I, of course, don't see them that way.
It is one of those subjects that can lead to much misunderstanding on a site, and I have decided to only respond to UFO related items, and to be very selective in which ones I do remark on.
So if you don't see me posting much, I'm not dead, just lurking.
