How are we to interpret what his statement means? Going back to the main question, why now?

OK, so UFOs are real which has been know for several years.

Now we need have communications with these humanoids.

It is possible Trump has already had dinner with them at the White House long before now.

Trump may already has taken a ride around the solar system with these aliens.
