Not dismissing his claims but......as has been said elsewhere,
"Ultimately, this man's credibility is somewhat tarnished by simple association with the Greer "disclosure money machine." Not to say he isn't a witness to some interesting events, or that his credentials aren't verifiable, but much of what he says is second or third hand information (stories from Corso, et. al.) that have been heard before and recycled from somewhat less-than-credible sources.

Here's a clue, when someone's personal testimony is more conjecture (as regards nature of the phenomena, origins, technological applications, etc.) than first hand experience, you've got a red flag to be more skeptical than not.

Personally, I wouldn't put too much stock in his claims, especially considering he seems to plug his own private technology company (Light City Technologies) multiple times, refers to events that happened decades before his tenure with the skunk works, Roswell, in particular, and cites stories told to him from extra sources."
