Space Force

I know Space Force Or Space Command is probably very important. There must be some compelling reasons to establish this branch of the military. However, whenever I hear this, I can’t help but think of my childhood days when there were only three television stations. We had an antenna that you had to turn to get the broadcast stations out of New York. In any case, one of my favorite shows, watching on that 9 inch screen, was Tom Corbett space cadet. I don’t remember much about it and maybe somebody else might recall this futuristic show. So when I hear Space Command, my mind harkens to, you guessed it, Tom Corbett space cadet.
