An Updated Take-down Protocol for UAP

There is indeed a real world application of the experimental beam developed and tested at the HAARP facility. It is a high energy weapons platform that goes under the name Ice Cube Neutrino Observatory (ICNO).​

HI HITLER?

It is May 23/24, a 1974 night on active duty during the Cold War for 4th Platoon, Bravo Company, B Battalion, 2nd Regiment of the 32nd Air Defense Command of the United States Army (Bravo Two) who got deployed in a mountain pass mere miles from Landstuhl, Germany. Actually no mountain exists here, rather an artificial hill like fortification Hitler had constructed over his Landstuhl underground bunker.

First Lieutenant Robert Cardeni leads 4th Platoon. Captain Michael J. Shestak commands Bravo Company.

Their game: playing cat and mouse with Warsaw Pact forces.

On Lieutenant Cardeni's orders, midnight local time, the Vulcan 20 Millimeter Cannons have been loaded. Ordnance: canisters of live high explosive phosphorus rounds. A Vulcan can fire 2000 rounds a minute, using six rotating barrels.

Gunner is Sgt. Yonts, his orders are to to shoot down anything flying under 2700 feet of altitude, issued by Cardeni. About 1:00 a.m. local German Time, Sgt. Yonts sees a "flattend ellipsoid" coming down the valley headed for the pass. Description of the craft: rounded edges, 30 feet long, and silvery glow. It flies very fast and appears to zigzag. Sergeant Yonts achieves lock-on, has his eye on the flying object through the reticule gun-sights and opens fire. The unusual object is then at Yonts's eye-level. Rounds are pouring into its sides.

The Vulcan Cannon's devastating rapid fire impact seemed to dissipate against the shielding surrounding the UAP, without noticeable effect on the craft protected inside.​

A VULCAN TALKS THE TALK, THE CHAPARRAL WALKS THE WALK

Phosphorus rounds exploding on target should "bloom" but the ellipsoid seems to be protected by a force field, absorbing/vaporizing the shells. The resulting explosions seem contained, and surprisingly small. The Vulcan Cannon's fire appears to have no impact.

As the shells seem to melt into the UAP’s protective field Sergeant William McCracken is inside the mountain-side launch control console of a Chaparral Missile Battery positioned down in the valley. Direction is provided by his uphill observer. Now McCracken's radar screen flashes green, followed by a warbling tone indicating an infra-red signature lock-on. The sergeant then launches a Chaparral Antiaircraft Missile at the UAP ‘bogey’.

"The missile climbed to about 900 feet (near the minimum operating altitude of the missile), found the flying object, moved along side of it, turned close in front of it, and detonated its 75 pounds of high explosives warhead."

U.S. soldiers on both mountainsides and in the valley see the object starting to wobble and then stop forward motion and finally wobble downward to the valley floor in what what appears to be a controlled descent.

"The crews were told to quickly get the cannons and missile launchers to the motor pool and go right to bed and not to talk to each other about the incident and they would have the next day off.

As the crews were packing, they noticed Air Force Personnel moving into the valley to secure the crash (or landing?) site."

These soldiers then are sworn to secrecy.








FLIGHT INTO BLACK

On Saturday afternoon, May 25, 1974 Major Andrews and his crew are told to report to their Starlifter C141-aircraft. To his dismay some large and tarpaulin covered 'ellipsoid' shape was to be carried, connected to the wings/fuselage of his aircraft by a metal support construction! After take-off and achieving cruising altitude, a KC-135 meets up to refuel the C141 with a much larger fuel load. Andrew's orders are to fly directly to Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, then on direct to Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, assisted all the way by refuelling tankers. Major Andrews and his C141 crew are not allowed outside the aircraft, seeing only that their wing-top cargo gets off-loaded still fully covered.

Briefed afterward, they are told they have been part of a Secret Operation, and they cannot ever speak of it.



Since the Landstuhl UAP shoot down and retrieval to date never was declassified, speaking out exposed witnesses to extreme legal jeopardy, therefore some identities of military personnel involved were withheld. Researcher-author of report: Ed Komarek - Ufodigest.



SOLVING DISTANCE, ALTITUDE AND VELOCITY AS UAP TARGETING FACTORS

In light of today’s swelling chorus of military/government witnesses affirming, however inconceivable, that the US indeed has been successfully recovering Non Human technological vehicles from UAP crash and (forced) landing sites, as well as David Grusch’ enigmatic remark:”..there are ways…” on the subject of US capabilities to down UAP craft, the half century worth of accounts, leaks and rumors of the 1974 Landstuhl shoot down now gain in plausibility and potential significance.

When it comes to downing highly advanced craft, the men of Bravo Two seem to have gotten insanely lucky (and perhaps the UAP crew had picked one hell of a day dropping in to visit their Nazi allies of 30 years before, or Freund Adolf himself whatever?), since they were perfectly positioned to track traffic into the valley, which is what happened, be it in the form a UAP or to the startled men on the ground a ‘bogey’ coming into radar and line of sight range, initially invisible to the Chapparal missile targeting radar, but low and slowed enough (from zig zagging) for Vulcan Cannon operator sergeant Yonts, which when given the order to fire, hit the target with high explosive phosphorus rounds at a rate of 2000 rounds/minute. Instead of ‘hitting’ in the sense of tearing an aircraft to shreds, the devastating rapid fire impact seemed to dissipate against the shielding surrounding the UAP, without noticeable effect on the craft protected inside.

They might as well have tried pelting it with rocks or clumps of dirt. Here incredible luck steps in. (Or catastrophic bad luck from the Non Human perspective.) The Chapparal Missile Battery had been unable to detect any heat signature to lock on to, but now appeared to lock on thermal/infra red energy from the muted impact of phosphorus rounds. This missile had it been programmed to intercept and detonate on target presumably would have gone the way of the Vulcan explosive munitions, the rocks and earth clumps, or any spears or arrows some of our most reckless and precocious early ancestors may have launched at celestial visitors in eons past. No match for the protective special field technology UAP seem to generate. However the Chapparal missile instead of hitting directly, was designed to track, intercept and OVERTAKE enemy aircraft, then veer directly into the target’s path to detonate with maximum impact on the cockpit. For context: from external observation (extreme acceleration and 90d turns) we may deduce that the UAP design compensates for inertia, here meaning that anything with mass, moving at a rate of speed, when suddenly stopped in its tracks will expend the energy moving it forward. Simply: these craft will take a beating, fly on with its structure and NH crew unaffected, absorbing a side swipe by anything, bullets, bombs, missiles just about anything short of a nuke lobbed at the side window, no problemo. The Chapparal missile detonating precisely in opposition to the UAP flight path appears to have exceeded their inertia compensating threshold. Even with a million years of technological advancement, it apparently remains UNWISE to collide heads on into mountains, planets or… high explosive missiles. Too much for this craft, I worry if it outright killed the crew or… hopefully merely shook them up some, but the UAP started to wobble, then w-w-wobble some more and proceeded to descend culminating in a more or less controlled landing. Afterwards the ellipsoid shaped UAP was supposedly ‘retrieved’. Doesn’t everything begin to make sense now in 2023?








Although the Landstuhl shoot down imo was a historical breakthrough in the development of weapons systems defeating UAP technology, it stands to reason the double whammy of shooting thermal munitions at their shielding to create a UAP heat signature that allows for instance a heatseeking missile to lock, intercept and stop a UAP in mid flight was not likely to be repeated. Most of UAP activity is outside of line of sight, simply too far away to see and shoot at with projectile weapons. Furthermore it stands to reason the non human intelligences have learned not to dismiss gunfire as ineffective anymore, but to respond with evasive maneuvers and increasing to extreme velocity to attain safe distance and maximize unavailability to combined/so called ‘swarm’ tactics designed to cripple and down their craft. Was Landstuhl a fluke, the natives getting lucky just once?

I remember the various explanations of the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP, located in Alaska) laser experiment, it seemed one of those exercises in pure theoretical science that serve no purpose whatsoever except to keep MIT graduates in multi colored jellybeans. Silliness in question, they had designed a laser that could “temporarily excite a limited area of the Ionosphere”, translation: shot a focused beam of light energy straight into the sky or even better… think of it as a Taliban wedding…, ANYHOW HAARP shot this focused laser beam into the air that was specifically designed to penetrate the Ionosphere (=part of Earth atmosphere where the Sun’s UV-light blows atoms apart into Ions and Free Electrons, the latter of which enhance reflection of radio waves), which if I got this right overlaps the 3 outermost of the 5 layers of Earth’s atmosphere ending in Space.








To recap: we may skip the lowest layer called the Troposphere, which is the air and sky earthly life forms (humans included) love and live in and see as clouds, blue sky and weather. Just above it is the Stratosphere extending up to 31 miles up, and it’s used by jets. Third and middle layer is the coldest at -190d F called Mesosphere continuing from the Stratosphere up to 58 miles high where meteorites hurling in from deep space weirdly are met with super cold molecules causing enough friction to burst them into flames. Fourth up from ground level is the Thermosphere, has hardly any air but it’s hot, say 2700d Fahrenheit and used by spacecraft, satellites and the International Space Station. 5th and farthest outlier is the Exosphere where the last few air molecules thin out until we reach its theoretical ‘edge’ at 6,200 miles out from our fam’s garden chairs and Outer Space begins.

This is a good point to mention I’m no scientist, if I get this stuff all wrong don’t hesitate to set me straight! But here goes nothing. Chris Lehto has now revealed there is indeed a real world application of the experimental laser beam developed and tested at the HAARP facility. It is a high energy weapons platform that goes under Ice Cube Neutrino Observatory (ICNO Antarctica), which as I model it, building on a lucky Vulcan Cannon ‘painting’ a UAP with a thermal signature Bravo-Two’s missile could lock on to, then HAARP using the same principle (“…I SEE YOU…!”) using a high energy laser thus expanding track & weapon range to the edge of space, culminating in the ICNO applying high energy, faster than light, Earth penetrating neutrino beam technology to EMIT focused beams or DETECT neutrinos shedding off UAP, presumably capable of tracking known sets of UAP signatures anywhere in our atmosphere.

If all non-human visitors were kindhearted and highly intelligent beings

nobody in their right mind would ever take a shot at them.

Apparently the ICNO is equally capable of detecting/locating the neutrino signatures of our own or adversaries’ nuclear subs, aircraft carriers, nuclear powered bunkers, mobile nuclear launchers as well as being able to communicate across exceptional distance and barriers using the ELF bandwidth. All things put together the Ice Cube Neutrino Observatory could be the most advanced weapons platform ever conceived by man because it may ‘paint’ any object passing through our atmosphere, track it anywhere up to and into outer space, then target it directly with its high energy beam as well as coordinate a tactical combined/’swarm’ approach, integrating a highly diverse force configuration, like subs, ground command and control, vectoring in for example a flight of F-35s, F-22s, AWACS and air-to-air Tankers to intercept the UAP, at which point the visiting craft is cross locked by one or more ground beam weapon platforms, the fighter aircraft as well as the focused radar beam from the missile in fire-and-forget mode, not to forget the blast of a radar from the AWACS providing pilots and command with a god’s eye view of the battlefield.

I wonder if America by itself projects a global spherical force bubble extending to our entire Atmosphere (5 layers in all) as border and customs area for Planet Earth. Most likely this tech is in coordinated use by America, Australia, China, India and Russia all of whom have a stake in the integrity of their respective airspace. Anything entering such a force bubble gets painted, and if an unidentified craft continues to descend, through the Stratosphere (human air traffic) down to the lowest layer called Troposphere (the air and sky you and I live in and see overhead), it's within ICNO’s observation and targeting grid.

If you’re an UAP flying in getting all that attention you’re bound to suddenly feel like taking a major dump (or the alien equivalent). Or put the pedal to the metal, press that red button marked WARP DRIVE and go look for a nicer planet.



OK NOW WE CAN TAKE THEM DOWN, EVEN TAKE'EM OUT (BUT SHOULD WE?)

If all non-human visitors were kindhearted and highly intelligent beings, who immediately took a liking to us slightly rough-around-the-edges but overall fine primates, with no intention other than sharing free energy technology, encouraging us to be a bit nicer too (maybe doing away with violence, murder and war over time yes?), asking to do a walkabout, see the sights like the Washington monument, a guided tour on the Chinese wall, have a wodka with Vladimir Putin what have you, visit Amsterdam’s red light district and their famed ‘coffee shops’ (wondering why these don’t serve a single drop of coffee) and thus fully sated, enjoyably entertained and deeply befriended leave us to our own devices. “Live long and prosper….BYE!”. Humanity continues to be autonomous, self-determining the course of its civilization. We stay free. And if all Non Humans were like this, nobody in their right mind would take a shot at them ever.

Is there a rational explanation for the alien-human relationship as we observe it today? First off: there IS no ‘relationship’, because, present well informed readership notwithstanding, the majority of people over the last century had no knowledge of Non Humans existing or visiting our world. This state of ignorance is due to governments determining the first UAP crashes, vehicle and crew remains, and FIRST CONTACTS to be state secrets. The reason was for America, for all national players, that mankind emerged from two world wars. The harsh lesson of horrific total warfare is: DON’T LOSE. Applied to the discovery somebody new flew overhead, the crashes and little pilots, the weird technology, actions and ET messages it meant secrecy was needed to ensure uninterrupted continuation of human society. You can’t have panic and anarchy. (And maybe panic and anarchy is how these visitors will take us over?)

The ICNO adds the capability to coordinate a tactical combined/’swarm’ approach involving nuclear submarines, ground command and control, vectoring in for example fighter aircraft, AWACS and air-to-air Tankers to intercept the UAP, at which point the visiting craft is cross locked by a highly diverse integrated configuration of weapons platforms.

The other motive is of course getting our hands on insanely advanced technology. Gaining time to unbeknownst to national adversaries study and if at all possible recreate such marvelous machines would mean world hegemony, placing oneself beyond military defeat (as the American atom bomb was meant to accomplish) and finally there must have been the temptation of greed. Holding this secret, and working to re-engineer the Non Human materials, technology and a number of intact downed flying disks could make one rich, powerful, a government within a government.

Of course there were insiders who felt the public had a right to know we were not alone. Allen Hynek tried to be the David Grusch of his day, deemed a threat to national security and therefore suicided for his trouble. His was not the only voice speaking out, popular interest in Men from Mars and flying disks as well as the Ufology movement seemed to create an unstoppable momentum moving forward the date of disclosure, when POTUS would address the nation with that “We Are Not Alone” speech, to as early as JFK (if he hadn’t been killed), or Reagan, or Jimmy Carter or at latest Bill Clinton who clearly wanted to give the American People title and verse but was prevented by stonewalling and intimidation.

Still, the nay sayers won the day. Why? Part of it was due to their negative treatment (the kind that leaves you without health altogether) of anyone going public, leaking secrets, involving science or the media. I model the other part to be the early discovery that actually not all Non Humans were nice. Some abducted humans. Some were no more aware of us than we are of ants or house flies. Some entered the human body seemingly in an attempt to live out a hidden existence within our societies. Some have no problem in taking an entire airplane in flight, perhaps the same faction that looks on mankind as ants. If indeed there are misbehaving, hostile or even evil-natured Non Humans, or if an ET-faction has a message that threatened to disrupt society, the economy and/or the government, it would no longer be a given that full disclosure is in our best interest. What if the people decided that humans (and their governments) were not in control of our territory, of our world? It could get scary and chaotic real quick.

I believe this disappointing model of the varied visitors fit the NH actions and communication the best, making the all out effort by MJ-12 and the vilified military industrial complex to develop NH tech perfectly rational, in order to achieve military parity and thus be able to negotiate with non human visitors from strength. All the while the general public has been allowed to live in ignorant bliss. I suspect that until 2023 the aforementioned comprised UAP history. Things are about to change.
