Hi ZETAR, I always like it when there seems to be something real "hanging out" next to the ISS, actually love these visual puzzles, and spent a fun hour replaying/freezeframing your embedded video. Allowed the inevitable very human biases to pass through my perceptions, like a migratory bird with exceptionally big balls who somehow made it into orbit , an only slightly less improbable wisp of sunlit frozen cloud/vapor (human waste?), a flying saucer (what else and I believe our astronauts have had run ins with them), and yet when non of these dots seemed to connect.. reusable space vehicles like Boeing's Starliner, Russia's Soyuz and the SpaceX Crew Dragon in transit. The object in space appears to have one tapered end, keeps perfect pace and is lined up with ISS so my best guess: it looks most like the latter Dragon. purr
