Hello All,
I bumped into this TAD (Time-Anomaly-Detector) sensor for sale on eBay, by engineer, Ronald Heath. On eBay Ron's product eBay ID is: 174130851169 <--- put Nr into the eBay search field
Ronald has named his product: "DT-Meter, Differential time rate meter", UFO Detector
(the e-mail address bounces)
And here is a FoxNews report of UFO investigator using Ron's TAD around Las Vegas:
And, Ron Heath also has several, very interesting YouToob videos revealing his engineering prowess, 3D printing of waldo interfaces, and a fantastic electronic drum-set that he fabricated from scratch. He is a very capable engineer in my opinion. Enjoy!!
YouTube Videos:

DIY Angular Position sensor glove - Ron makes 3D printed PLA sensors for a telepresence glove

Back to his TAD sensor, he read Ray Stanford's report from 50 years and deduced that a sensor could be engineered to detect the time flow anomaly suggested in Stanford's report. I also read that same report, sometime around 1994?, and I have included a TAD sensor in my UFODN network autonomous instrumentation design. However, Ron Heath's is a scientific grade sensor for hobbyiest prices!
