Use:
1/3 Aloe
2/3 Alcohol
optional add essential oil for smell
p.s. You are not going to find things like Clorox Cleaning Wipes either.

You forgot to mention that the alcohol has to be at least 60%. I would suggest 99% Iso Propanol.

Why is 70 Alcohol a better disinfectant than 95 alcohol? 70% percent of alcohol is ideal to a stronger solution. Pure alcohol coagulates protein in contact. ... If 70 percent of alcohol is poured to a single celled organism, the diluted alcohol also coagulates the protein, but at a slower rate, so that it penetrates all the way through the cell before coagulation can block it.
If your just wiping surfaces then either one good
whiskey at 60 proof is good too

I read years ago that Triclosan, an ingredient found in anti bacterial hand soaps is bad for the liver. I quit using them. That said washing hands with soap for 20-30 seconds is always good practice in my opinion. I personally am not too concerned with this latest outbreak. Flu outbreaks happen every year. I rarely catch it nor do I get flu shots anymore either because the last two times that I did years ago I caught it. So much for developing antibodies...
