According to John the 22 million dollars was not particularly looking for UFOs or UAFs, and the Tic-Tac was a fluke that it showed up.
The 22 million went to finding Big Foot, ghosts, spirits, poltergeists, seeing other locations in the mind, etc.
To mud the waters further, our government is working on everything imaginable, advanced propulsion, advanced drones, advanced planes, etc.
John says our government is not working on things for today, but they are working on things they need 50 years in the future.
So, the million dollar question, was the Tic-Tac an advance government program?

Greenewald, a FOIA researcher, claims Luis Elizondo’s role with AATIP is buried in layers of misdirection even though DeLonge claims he is the “real deal”.
Two public relations representatives for the Pentagon, one claims he did work AATIP, and one claims he did not.

... So, the million dollar question, was the Tic-Tac an advance government program? In the Bob Lazar thread you asked why we were talking about him after all this time. The answer lies in your question in this thread. As I have been saying over and over, the tic-tac moved just as Bob Lazar described, so maybe it was one of ours. In the Nimitz case the UFO engaged the navy plane and then zipped away, only to reappear at a rendezvous point, the very location they were headed next before returning to the Nimitz. The tic-tac appeared to be toying with the navy pilots. Could very well have been ours regardless of how we got it! Flat

flat earth,
Thanks for your answer.
I am a hardcore believer in UFOs, so I personally think the Tic-Tac is not of this world.
Also, I am a believer in dimensions mixing with each other by accident or on purpose.

nyx,
I don't really disagree with you. I also believe they are not from here but it appears that we may be in possession of them. So the tic-tac that is in the video could be ours but of alien origin. That's my belief at this point in time until some new information presents itself. The dimensions theory isn't one that I believe in, however.
