What ever happened about Tom’s alien metals that he is supposed to have?
My three take always from his show Unidentified:
The Nimitz “tic-tac” was huge over many days.
Tom’s claims that Christian forces in the Pentagon were side tracking his partner Luis Elizondo.
The topic of UFOs in general is a real “taboo” with Congressmen and do not want to be associated with the topic of UFOs.
We need to hear about the metals.
Did the show change your idea about UfOs?

Nope. No surprise here. It only re-affirmed what I already knew and formerly described as to what I witnessed in the past. I only watched one of the shows in the series BTW. No need for me to check it any further. Like you Nyx, I too know grays exist. Whether or not these vessels or whatever belong to them or are something built by mankind (I HIGHLY doubt), is beyond me...

DeLonge keeps saying he has metal that proves UFOs are real, and the best is yet to come.
It sounds like to me he is trying to get his TV show renewed for a second season.
His first season Unidentified caught the public interest, but all the enthusiasm has faded away.
Congress is into impeachment, UFOs are forgotten.
End of story.

I moved recently to the North Carolina mountains from Michigan. In doing so I decided to drop cable and go with internet TV. YouTube TV seemed to get the best ratings so I went with it. Unfortunately it doesn't carry The History Channel, so this program isn't available for me without paying about $2 per episode. Well I'm too cheap for that!
Anyway, when you guys mentioned grays, it reminded me of a childhood dream I had; one of the few that I never forgot. I was about 6 or 7 years old, and found myself standing at one end of the living room frozen in terror, unable to move but fully aware. My family, my mom, dad, and three sisters, were lined up in a semi-circle at the other end of the room, standing and also frozen in place. Little gray/green creatures, lots of them, were scurrying about very quickly. That's all I remember, and truth be told this dream came after I saw a scary movie about aliens. I always believed it was just a dream, and today I'm pretty sure that's all it was.
A couple of years ago I read "The Andreasson Affair" by Raymond Fowler. In it the abductee recalled several alien encounters, and wouldn't you know it, one of them was almost identical to my dream. Who knows, maybe they took a look at us and said, "No way, not these primates!", and went on to get Betty Andreasson! I'm sure it was just a dream influenced by that darn movie, but the similarity to Betty's experience has made me think about it more than I probably should.
