Pretty Much My Assessment (HAARP) as Well. The Question Remains, What State Actors Were Involved. Them or US? One Factoid which Indicates (HAARP) was the Culprit is the shear number of birds which were caught up in this. Normally the drop in barometric pressure would have been nature's indicator and birds would have picked up on this and acted accordingly. Yet, This Just Popped Up!!!

Aw man, must have missed it, wish would have seen it. Its getting dimmer and the moonlight is affecting observations. If you're in the States step out about 7:20 or even better 7:30 p.m. Look West with binoculars or, according to this article, if you have a smartphone set it to night mode with a 10 sec exp. Use a shutter delay to avoid movement/vibrations. www.spaceweather.com/Other's were getting good results set on pro at ISO 1600 for about 10 sec. I've been observing it about every night with binoculars. As mentioned in the spaceweather article above, several starlinks were within the fov.
