Mornin' all,
![](https://i.postimg.cc/D0x3yp8M/HUBBLE-wonders-of-space.png) A colorful image resembling a cosmic version of an undersea world teeming with stars is being released to commemorate the Hubble Space Telescope's 30 years of viewing the wonders of space. In the Hubble portrait, the giant red nebula (NGC 2014) and its smaller blue neighbor (NGC 2020) are part of a vast star-forming region in the Large Magellanic Cloud, a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way, located 163,000 light-years away. The image is nicknamed the "Cosmic Reef," because NGC 2014 resembles part of a coral reef floating in a vast sea of stars. Some of the stars in NGC 2014 are monsters. The nebula's sparkling centerpiece is a grouping of bright, hefty stars, each 10 to 20 times more massive than our Sun. The seemingly isolated blue nebula at lower left (NGC 2020) has been created by a solitary mammoth star 200,000 times brighter than our Sun. The blue gas was ejected by the star through a series of eruptive events during which it lost part of its outer envelope of material.

Mysterious Universe
Men in Black and The Hat Man: One and the Same or Not?
Nick Redfern April 27, 2020
In relation to the title of this article, the whole thing is steeped in controversy. Are the Men in Black and the Hat Man one and the same? Well, before we get to the matter of the question, let us first take a look at the two mysteries. We’ll begin with the Hat Man. Basically, it’s a human-looking entity – very often seen as a shadow – that dresses in black and wears an old-style fedora hat. Heidi Hollis, an acknowledged expert on the Hat Man controversy says: “Victims worldwide have reported seeing this man peering into their homes, their bedrooms, their cribs, their cars, their lives and even-into their souls! It starts with the feeling of not being alone, only to look to the foot of your bed and find that you were right. There’s a stranger in your room and you know that you see him, worst of all, you know that he sees you, too! You try to scream or run, only to find that you are paralyzed! Terror then reaches new levels as he approaches you, leans within inches of your face and lets you know that he is indeed-your worst nightmare!”
As for the Men in Black, the phenomenon largely began in the early 1950s. That was when a UFO researcher named Albert Bender (of Bridgeport, Connecticut) received a chilling visit from the MIB, who warned him to quit Ufology. Or else. Bender’s MIB were not the Tommy Lee Jones/Will Smith type, however. Rather, they were pale-faced ghouls with shining eyes. They communicated by telepathy and plunged Bender into states of hysteria, ill health, paranoia, and terror. And, just like the Hat Man, they typically surfaced at night and wore fedoras. So, it’s easy to understand why some researchers of these enigmas suspect there may be a connection. Admittedly, though, even with all of the data on file it’s tough to say for sure. Personally, I think there is a link – even if we don’t fully understand what that connection might be.
On the other hand, though, some have suggested that there just aren’t enough parallels to make a conclusive link. A few years ago, author Jason Offutt wrote an excellent paper for me on his research into the MIB and the Hat Man. It appears in my 2015 book, Men in Black: Personal Stories & Eerie Adventures. In part, Jason wrote in his article: “A dark figure lurks in the shadows, watching. Something about him is out of place. The Humphrey Bogart suit? The dark obscured features? Or maybe it’s the hat. Not a ball cap, not a driving cap, but a fedora. This figure looks like it stepped from a 1940s detective magazine. Then it raises a hand, or takes a step; its movements awkward, exaggerated. Something is wrong with this man – dangerously wrong. This description, of a man in an out-of-date suit wearing an out-of-date hat, is common in the paranormal field, stretching across the line of the UFO-fixated Men in Black, and the darker, more shadowy Hat Man.”
Jason continued: “Given the reports, Men in Black and the Hat Man are likely related only in casual appearance. The dark suit, the fedora, the awkward movements. But where Men in Black talk, the Hat Man is silent. Men in Black appear within the norm of humanity (if not slightly pale, waxy, and thin), the Hat Man appears two-dimensional, showing no features, just a deep, black silhouette. Men in Black are reported to appear at the doorstep of UFO witnesses, the Hat Man appears to anyone, at any time. These entities have similarities, but if they’re related, it’s only by their great taste in hats.”
Whatever the answer to this creepy riddle, it’s likely that the MIB and the Hat Man will continue to terrorize people in the dead of night.

Breaking 911
Pentagon Officially Releases UFO Videos
April 27, 2020
The Department of Defense has authorized the release of three unclassified Navy videos, one taken in November 2004 and the other two in January 2015, which have been circulating in the public domain after unauthorized releases in 2007 and 2017. The U.S. Navy previously acknowledged that these videos circulating in the public domain were indeed Navy videos.
After a review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems, and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena. DOD is releasing the videos in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos. The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as “unidentified.”

What is wrong here?
The Pentagon says these videos are officially real, but the Pentagon can not “officially “ give an explanation because the public can not handle the truth.
Can you handle the truth without falling apart?
I have known the truth since I was in the 4th grade!

Good morning lovely searchers,
The Mainichi (Japan)
Japan's SDF set to draw up UFO guidelines after US military releases videos: minister
April 28, 2020 (Mainichi Japan)
TOKYO -- Japan's Self-Defense Forces (SDF) are set to formulate a response procedure in the event that its personnel encounter a UFO, Minister of Defense Taro Kono revealed at an April 28 press conference after the U.S. government released footage that appeared to show UFOs.
On April 27, the United States Department of Defense released videos showing three unidentified objects in disk and elliptical shapes as they flew above the clouds. Referring to the footage, defense minister Kono prefaced his remarks by saying, "No SDF pilot has encountered a UFO." He went on to say, "The videos have come from the US defense department, so I would like to hear the intention and the analysis behind that."
He added, "I don't really believe in UFOs." But he did divulge that the Japan Air Self-Defense Force and other groups are considering how they should respond to an encounter with one, including how to capture visual evidence and how to report the event.
The footage released by the U.S. dates to 2004 and 2015, and were taken by Air Force pilots. A statement accompanying them said the clips had been released "in order to clear up any speculations by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos."

Today's History LessonJericho, Palestinian Territories
Monastery of Temptation Credit:Gosiek-B/iStock
Archeological digs discovered the remains of civilizations from 9000 B.C., making Jericho one of the oldest settlements in the Middle East and the oldest continuously-inhabited city in the world. Twenty different settlements have been unearthed by archeologists in Jericho, the earliest of which dates back 11,000 years ago! While Jericho has a hot desert climate, it also has several natural springs in and around the city that have attracted civilizations for thousands of years. Its location in the Jordan Valley, 258 meters below sea level, also makes it the lowest ancient city in the world. The amount of history in Jericho is mind-blowing; the Jericho Tell (AKA Settlement Mound) is the site where archeologists found many early remains, including the Mount of Temptation (mentioned in the Bible) and the cliff-side Saint George Monastery – founded in 480 A.D. History buffs will have a field day here.
