Good afternoon, good afternoon, Crystal, thank you for an awesome selection I'm viewing right at the moment. Pausing midway into the movie for a little feed back. I was won over to this genre by my mom who was a Charlton Heston fan so our family inevitably had to view all his movies, I remember how she was talking about the subject often, and being deeply impressed by The Ten Commandments and Earthquake. Anyhow, it got me interested in blockbuster movie classics and their STARS and over time became a Gregory Peck fan. Guy (typically) portrays a tough, worldly & decent lawman in an almost alien American landscape, the story full of greed, cruelty, murder and brutality and (hopefully, still have to see!) a happy Hollywood hero's ending. Somehow overlooked Mackenna's Gold, so I continue watching (and enjoying) now...  purr |

Good morning Purr, I read an article about a young Navajo film maker, he thought it was hysterical that his elders all loved watching Westerns. I was also raised on them. Yul Brenner did some great Westerns. The juxtaposition of his Oriental looks in a cowboy hat always appealed to me. Plus my Mom had a huge crush on him 😁 Glad you are enjoying one you haven't seen.
