What can remote viewing do if it worked.
Kill goats possibly kill people. Mind control people. Crash computers. Spy on enemies. Focus weapons on real targets avoiding civilians.
It would seem that ETs have shown that they can do all of the above. Either through the use of the mind or other technologies we are still unaware of. Which super power nation gets there first makes for an interesting conversation.

I get the feeling ET is now patrolling Earth for some reason.

I think ET's have visited in the past and there is a good chance they are here now. My Christian faith is being molded by the beliefs that the stories of the bible and even the other faiths are stories of highly advanced races creating and observing man and other carbon based life forms with as little intervention as possible'. I see nothing wrong morally or spiritually with God being an ET, perhaps the first* ET with other characters like the devil being competing species or races of ET that wants to harm or rule humanity. Maybe even less powerful or advanced ET's or Hybrids have went against the first ET (the creator) and gave mankind advanced technology at different times in our history, even before we humans were on earth. I am no big fan of the Chariots of the Gods theory even though what I believe may seem similar. This new virus while it seems alien is a weaponized virus imo. It seems too virulent and has crossed so many barriers** to quickly be a natural process. (animal to human, human to human and a wide range of transmission types).
The list of things that can destroy our global civilization isn't too long with nuclear weapons, BFI (big impactor), EMP, caused by technology or naturally, and weaponized virus being near the top of the list imo they are not #1. There are a couple of things I fear FAR more than nuclear devices or even weaponized virus that causes flu like symptoms. Those two things are naturally mutating or far worse weaponized life forms like spores and body controlling virus and parasites! These horrifying virus and spores and other disease causing nasties take control of the victims, causing the infected to do its bidding. There are many pathogens etc that cause behavioral change but for reference I have listed only five; 1. Hymenoepimecis 2. Toxoplasma 3. Dicrocoelium dendriticum. 4. Myrmeconema neotropicum. 5. Spinochordodes argyraphaga. Look these up with your search engine and the results will read like a George Romero or night of the living dead screenplay on steroids!
NOTES;
UPDATE...while doing basic research for this reply I read of a recent study that discovered the common influenza virus causes people to change their behavior! From the web;
"Yes, that's the flu. In 2010 Chris Reiber of Binghamton University in New York and her colleagues found evidence that the influenza virus makes people more sociable."
It says the study was small etc etc. I think I may know why people appeared to be more sociable. I would bet with only a small odds advantage that the virus was not causing the change, I would bet people felt better after getting the vaccine and it's likely they felt more secure and had a better outlook on life after receiving the vaccine = more going out....? well it seemed like a good alternate explanation!
COMING TO ONE OF AN INFINITE UNIVERSES N A FINITE THEATER OF THE MIND NEAR YOURS, AND OWED TO ONE OF MY FAVORITE ZOMBIE MOVIES (NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD)……..I GIVE YOU 'ATTACK OF THE PARASITE ZOMBIE ALIEN FROM BEYOND WAY OUT THERE IN SPACE or THE ALIEN MADE ME DO IT! (and I attached the wrong rendering, its missing something)

NASA funds proposal to build a telescope on the far side of the moon By Yasemin Saplakoglu - Staff Writer 2 hours ago

NASA is funding an early-stage proposal to build a meshed telescope inside a crater on the far side of the moon, according to Vice.
This "dark side" is the face of the moon that is permanently positioned away from Earth, and as such it offers a rare view of the dark cosmos, unhindered by radio interference from humans and our by our planet's thick atmosphere.
The ultra-long-wavelength radio telescope, would be called the "Lunar Crater Radio Telescope" and would have "tremendous" advantages compared to telescopes on our planet, the idea's founder Saptarshi Bandyopadhyay, a robotics technologist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory wrote in a proposal.
"NASA's Innovative Advanced Concepts Program is awarding $125,000 for a Phase 1 study to understand the feasibility of such a telescope," Bandyopadhyay told Vice.
The telescope — designed as a wire mesh — would be deployed into a 2- to 3-mile-wide (3 to 5 kilometers) crater on the moon's far side. The 0.62-mile-diameter (1 km) wire-mesh telescope would be stretched across the crater by NASA's DuAxel Rovers, or wall-climbing robots, according to the proposal summary.
If built, the "Lunar Crater Radio Telescope" would be the largest filled-aperture radio telescope in the solar system, Bandyopadhyay wrote. A filled-aperture radio telescope is a telescope that uses a single dish to collect data rather than many dishes, according to Vice.
Because this telescope would be on the far side of the moon, it would avoid radio interference from Earth, satellites and even the sun. It would also let us gaze out into the cosmos without the veil of Earth's atmosphere.
The atmosphere reflects low-frequency wavelengths of light greater than 32.8 feet (10 meters), essentially blocking them from reaching ground-based telescopes. The telescope "could enable tremendous scientific discoveries in the field of cosmology by observing the early universe in the 10– 50m wavelength band...which has not been explored by humans till-date," Bandyopadhyay wrote.
