Welcome Senator to MJ-12 (could be non-existent) this committee over sees UFO/UAP Unidentified Arial Phenomena.
We are here to inform you Senator that UFOs are real and so are the Extraterrestrial that are in them.

1 Earth is completely surround by a number of Extraterrestrials that are studying us.
2 They are on our Moon, Venus and Mars Moon Phobos. Those are the ones we know about and there could be even more bases in our solar system.
