I hope someone or some....thing (ET) clones Pink Floyd (the band members)!
PF is one of the few bands I still enjoy even after hearing their songs repeatedly over the last few decades (has it really been that long?). Songs like Braindamaged, Comfortably numb and Time/Breathe, take over my brain like one of those brain control parasite bugs. Really, when a song like Time comes on the radio while I am diving in my car, instantly my right arm begins to twitch and my ears become a replicator that transforms words into a mystical syringe that injects, mainlines, pure sound pleasure into my brain!
Ahhhh' the relief!....The rhythmic drug of Pink Floyd's music, a full body rush.... Then my twitching arm, wonderfully seized by the music begins moving towards the Kenwood, moving without my will, it reaches volume control....
Yeah, That's whats it's like, ..... Floyd's beautiful cerebral music is a transporter like other great kinds of music, art and the written word. But music, those very rare songs transports me/us to
THE place, to where everything is right, to 'nod'. (call it what you wish I think everyone has a land of nod and the means to get there. Thank you 'thelmadonna', for reminding me how to find my home way away from home called 'nod'.
*....... MIND CONTROL BUGS >>>>>Toxoplasma gondii tops the list as the most famous — and most controversial — neurological parasite. This tiny protozoan doesn't look like much more than a blob, but once it makes its way to the brain, it can radically alter the behavior of hosts like rats, cats and, yes, even humans.Oct 29, 2015

Brain Damage (EXCERPT)
There's someone in my head but it's not me
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon
