That's pretty much the opposite end of the spectrum vs. the Keto diet. They do a lot of exercising to stay fit. Speaking of, I gained back 20 pds over the Holidays but I'm still about 20 pds less than when I started. Im barely under 200. I've got to get back with the plan Purr.

I now realize that the biker, gold medalist snowboarder and the young lady with unbelievable sandwich/burger & fries disappearing act have in common that they're all extreme athletes, the latter having trained her human palate and stomach to make as the grizzly stuffing himself with salmon until he either runs out of salmon, or he has to sleep. My obligatory social New Year rituals have caused my own weight to kinda drift upward, regaining 10lbs out of previous year's 50lbs weight loss. Still doing the walking, endurance and High Intensity Training all through the week, so thank God have not lost my health, feeling great. I'm returning to the Keto diet plan, 1 meal-a-day (MAD) + Intermittent Fasting, very very slowly shedding those xtra pounds over the months to come. Lesson learned from the experience has been: how to live a normal life doing Keto, stay healthy and... keep my friends! purr
