Hi, i've had a few strange experiences, but i have no actual memory of being abducted or anything.
One day i was booked to go on a flight in the afternoon to visit my sister. I was packing to go, it was morning, and i must have sat down on the bed. The next thing, i woke up and it was afternoon, and my father was knocking on the door of my unit really loudly. I let him in and he said my parents and my sister had been trying to call me all day, and i hadn't answered the phone. Everyone was really angry because i nearly missed the flight, and they couldn't understand how i could have ignored all the phone calls. I was feeling shaky and scared and told my dad i was missing time. I think they thought i was nuts. But i know i wasn't tired that morning, and i really felt strange. I was missing time. I have no idea what happened.
After this i have had a lot of incidences of sleep paralysis. I am waking up or falling asleep, and suddenly i'm paralysed and can't move. I feel sort of like something is trying to pull me out of my body, and i fight to break the paralysis. Usually i succeed. Once said the name of Jesus Christ and it broke the paralysis, (even though i am not religious usually - i read about this working on a ufo site). Ever since then i am careful not to blaspheme, although i used to swear before.
Also, i have the sensation of a hand on my back quite often; and sometimes the feeling someone is in the room with me although i can't see them (and usually don't want to look). I just about always have the feeling i am being watched. I also sometimes can hear a voice in my head - like telepathy; or communication via things written on signs/or wherever (e.g. in a public place) that i feel my attention being diverted to; it is very bizarre. No doubt people will say it's psychological. I don't really care what people say. I don't think the sleep paralysis is psychological.
Also, when i was a kid i would get dreams of flying - sort of floating on the ceiling. sometimes i still get dreams where i fly.
One dream i had recently that was strange was that i was lying in a white room -everything was really white; and the ceiling was glass or something clear, and there was all this light in the room, it was really bright or sunny or something, coming from outside. I think the ceiling could open or something. And i saw this cylindrical shaped - beamship i think they're called - is what i thought it was. And i thought, wow, so that's what they look like. I've never seen a ufo as far as i'm aware; but that's what i remember thinking when i saw it. I looked at it, and it seemed to notice me or something, because it sort of stoped, and i thought it was coming towards me or i was going to go up into it; and i got scared, because it became sort of insect/bug-like....
weird i know...
